The Connacht Property Auction is due to offer a wide selection of properties at its upcoming online auctions on September 16 and October 21.

The Connacht Property Auction held its first public auction of 2020 on Thursday in The Menlo Park Hotel, Galway. Of the 17 properties on offer, 14 were successfully sold, giving an 82 per cent success rate for the first event of the year. After a successful run of auctions in 2019, the auction team were expected to start 2020 off in a similar manner and they did not disappoint with strong interest in the majority of lots that were offered.

The Connacht Property Auction is now taking entries for its upcoming public auction event, which takes place on May 2 in the Menlo Park Hotel, Galway. The company is the only auction company in Ireland which does not charge any upfront costs to enter a property into its auction. It also offers a free property valuation to their clients to guide vendors on a realistic target price.
