O’Donnellan & Joyce, which was recently shortlisted as one of the top five residential auctioneers in Ireland by the Irish Independent Property Excellence Awards, is bringing the company’s most successful year in sales in its 33-year history to a conclusion when it places more than 20 properties under the auction hammer on December 18 at 2pm. O’Donnellan & Joyce has experienced a record volume of sales and the highest number of sales in any agency outside Dublin city in 2015, with more than 300 properties being offered for sale by public auction.
