What is candida?
Candida is a yeast normally found in certain parts of our body such as mouth, intestines, and vagina. Recently scientists have discovered it living normally, without causing problems, in our eyes. It is only if it starts to overgrow and turn into a fungal infection that it can start causing symptoms.
