The Night Finbar Hoban Presents Came Home…Halloween Fancy Dress Ball will be taking place in Castlebar tomorrow night (Saturday).

A Halloween fancy dress ball at Garbo’s, Castlebar, on Saturday October 25, looks set to be a hit with no fewer than seven bands entertaining on the night. Bats, Shardborne, Race The Flux, New Valley Wolves, Fox Jaw, Twisted Wrath, and Hail From Russia are all taking to the stage for the frightfest ball. Garbo’s will be transformed into a Halloween fortress for the night and there is a prize of €500 up for grabs for the best fancy dress. Headline act for the night is Dublin band Bats.

So you get bursts of weird, almost pop, madness alongside heavier riffs and quirky, bouncy, little passages all mixed up with their unusual approach to vocals.
