In September 2013, Avaya embarked on a new project in conjunction with ITAG (Information Technology Association Galway) Skillnet by launching a 'Job Seekers Support Programme' (JSSP). This programme was aimed solely at unemployed people and to provide them with skills which are in demand by the ICT industry.
