Number 17 Dalysfort Road in Salthill and a traditional thatched cottage in Cahergowan, Claregalway will have ‘sell at’ prices and it is expected that there will be sufficient interest in both properties to bring the hammer down on them.
Traditional cottage in Cahergowan
Built in the early 1900s, this is a wonderful traditional cottage that has been well maintained and tastefully modernised over the years. The cottage is in great condition and enjoys many modern comforts. It was completely rethatched in March 2003 by the well known traditional thatcher Anthony Duggan. The thatch was partly renewed again in January 2005.
