Following consultation with the Health Service Executive, Uisce Éireann have issued a Boil Water Notice to protect the health of approximately 7,852 customers supplied by the Mid-Galway Water Supply Scheme due to a deterioration in raw water quality entering the treatment plant as a result of recent heavy rainfall.
