Merger creates a leading dynamic law firm

Two of Kilkenny’s leading law firms, Poe Kiely Hogan and Michael Lanigan & Co have announced that they are merging into the firm of Poe Kiely Hogan Lanigan with offices at 20 - 21 Patrick Street, Kilkenny.

With a combined staff of 27 people comprising four partners, eight solicitors, legal executives, trainee solicitors and experienced support staff the new firm will be the largest legal practice in Kilkenny and one of the largest in the south east.

This merger will result in a dynamic and effective service to clients offering a broad range of legal services from highly experienced legal practitioners in all aspects of legal work sought by individuals and businesses throughout Kilkenny and the region.

With the combined skills and the expertise of this firm, Poe Kiely Hogan Lanigan will be in a position to offer a wide range of legal services including a full range of litigation services such as court representation in all courts, family law, employment law, personal injuries and dispute resolution together with commercial law, the sale and purchase of businesses and preparation of commercial agreements and services to the agricultural and private sector.
