Margaret Fogarty, general manager at Gowran Park said: “There is huge competition for any additional fixtures so we are delighted that we have gained an extra fixture in March 2009– and in particular that this will be a national hunt card on a Saturday – nicely timed before the Grand National two weeks later. We have also changed our July meeting to a Friday evening – which we hope will give us a good social event with lots of people taking an early start to their weekend by coming out to Gowran.”
