A 27-year-old male appeared before Kilkenny District Court this week in relation to the robbery of Gowran Post Office last week.
James Cash of 2 Ardristan Heights in Co Carlow came before Monday’s sitting of the court in Kilkenny in connection with the robbery, which saw three men hold up the post office in Gowran on Tuesday of last week. A sum of money was stolen during the incident.
James Cash was released on bail with conditions while a file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
The case was adjourned until February 21 next.
