It’s all about the man

Hair care

So many men fear losing their hair at a young age and if their father before them lost his hair at a young age they expect will too. Well it doesn’t have to be that way simply looking after your health and hair will make a big difference. Proper diet is necessary to have healthy shiny hair. Scalp and hair follicles need nutrients for them to function normally. Food rich in silica, calcium and iron are needed. You can get minerals from vegetables, particularly seaweed. Raw oats would provide you with silica and dried fruit and cherry juice for your iron need. The right supply of water also is necessary.

Exercise does not directly affect hair and scalp, but rather would increase your metabolism and normal blood circulation to oxygenate cells and distribute vital nutrients to the scalp and hair follicles. Exercise will also relieve you of stress that causes hair loss.

The body needs sleep to repair damages and re-energise itself. There is also many supplements on the market to strengthen hair growth so prevention is better than cure!
