Responding to a 20 per cent increase in business this year, local company A Slice of Heaven expands with the launch of its new range of products for the festive season.
The Piltown-based company’s new festive range includes beautifully handcrafted and presented Yule Logs, Chocolate Biscuit Trees and selection boxes featuring festive chocolate mallows; Christmas pudding cupcakes with brandy butter cream; mince pies; mini-Yule logs and chocolate biscuit cakes.
“These festive gifts are the perfect presents for that sweet-toothed loved one or make a great addition to Christmas day menus,” says Mary McEvoy of A Slice of Heaven.
Founded by Mary McEvoy, formerly of L'Ecrivain and Kilkenny Ormonde Hotel, 'A Slice of Heaven' supplies handcrafted wedding and occasion cakes, and its delicious cupcakes are enjoyed in cafés and outlets across Kilkenny and the south-east.
A Slice of Heaven's' new festive range will be available at the company's stand at Mount Juliet's Christmas Village from now until December 23.
