A group of local musicians will come together this weekend to help raise funds for a local family in need. The night will take place at Cleere’s Theatre, Parliament Street, on Sunday.
The family, who work with Angel Network Ireland, will remain anonymous. Angel Network Ireland works with families across the country that are in need of support during difficult times. They recently helped five families in the Leinster region to overcome their difficult situations.
“The families are now happy, thriving, and safe thanks to the support from their local communities,” said a spokesperson from the organisation.
Clive Barnes, Colette Connolly, Little Black Wren, Mark Stewart, Tom Kirwan, and The Midnight Union will perform a selection of songs, some original and some covers at Cleere’s Theatre on Sunday November 27. Tickets, priced at €10 will be available on the door. Doors: 8.30pm.
