A seminar will be held in Kilkenny next month entitled ‘Looking to the Future: Older and LGBT’ for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people.
The event takes place on Wednesday November 9, at 10am to 2pm at Langton’s Hotel, Kilkenny.
In preparation for 2012’s European Year of Active Ageing, LGBT Diversity invites people to join them in exploring ways to ensure that older LGBT people have the best possible opportunities for living a positive and active life.
Panel speakers and discussions will encourage ideas and suggestions for the best ways for the future from the audience.
