Toastmasters is a worldwide organisation and is ever expanding. Its purpose is to build confidence through public speaking. Kilkenny Toastmasters membership spans all age groups.
Kilkenny Toastmaster meetings usually take place on the second and fourth Tuesday of every month at 8pm in the Club House Hotel, Patrick Street (except for June-August ).
The Club is looking forward to the Humorous Speech and Table Topics Contest which takes place on Tuesday October 11.
Winners will go on to compete in the Area Final in Carlow on Wednesday October 19. Visitors are welcome at meetings, so why not drop by.
