Freebooters Schoolboys added the under 14 MacDonagh Junction League Division 1 title to their u13 Kilkenny People Division 2 title with a great win over city rivals Evergreen in the Fairgreen. The only goal of the game came from Andrew Wall after he got on the end of a Dean Cornally free kick midway through the first half.
Freebooters u13s also secured a victory against local rivals Evergreen in the Fairgreen, to advance to the semi-final of the Eric Wilcox Cup. The game finished 1-1 after extra time but the Booters boys held their nerve to go through in a penalty shoot out.
Freebooters u12s beat Fort Rangers 3-0 to earn a play off against Evergreen for the Glanbia Division 1 League Title. Goalscorers were Jake Maher, Dean George and Andy Walsh.
