Edward Hayden’s launches Food to Love

This weekend sees the gala launch of Kilkenny chef Edward Hayden's new book, Food to Love which will take place in the Springhill Court Hotel, Kilkenny, at 8pm on this Friday evening April 29.

It will be a big night for Edward, who has successfully self published a cookery book in 2008 and who has now been taken on by leading Irish publisher, The O'Brien Press.

The new book will feature delectable recipes for easy entertaining with family and friends.

The book will be launched by queen of country, singer Sandy Kelly.

Edward said, “I’ve packed my book with my favourite salads, soups, one-pot wonders, versatile main courses, chutneys and relishes, delicious, crusty breads, al fresco dining suggestions, festive foods, tempting, finger-licking desserts and gorgeous cakes and bakes.

“I’ve prepared all these dishes time and time again for family and friends – this truly is the food I love, and I hope you’ll love it too.”

The launch will be hosted on Friday April 29 at 8pm at the Springhill Court Hotel. All are welcome for a full evening of music, wine, mouth-watering nibbles and merriment.
