Confidence and motivation workshops for interview preparation

Roisin Ni Chleirigh and Dermot Reid are offering a unique and fantastic course in Confidence, Motivation, Interview Skills and Aptitude Test workshop in Branchville House, Dunbell in Kilkenny on May 7 and 8, and on May 21 and 22.

The purposes of attending this beneficial workshop are to discover what confidence is; how you can acquire confidence; and how to know when you have confidence.

Motivation plays a massive part in confidence. Discovering what motivates you, and understanding how to stay motivated when the chips are down is vitally important. In these testing economic times – with so many people applying for new jobs – it is vital that applicants assert themselves by discovering interview skills and techniques, and by properly preparing themselves for interviews.

One of the key objectives of this workshop is ‘interview techniques’, which aims to provide people with detailed practical advice on job application and how best to prepare for the interview.

It has been proven that applicants with good qualifications often fail to do themselves justice when they enter the job market. Many do not know what is required of them by employers, and they fail to project their personality, talents, skills, tools and ability to do the job in the interview.

Confidence, motivation, and good preparation ensure optimum performance during the interview.

This two-day course is currently available at a 50 per cent discount price of just €125. There are also courses available in confidence, motivation and empowerment for women, and also a similar course for men.
