A man who was convicted of possession of a quantity of drugs was ordered to enter a six month probation bond at the last sitting of Kilkenny District Court.
Owen Scanlon, 66, Bishop Birch Place, was also fined €300 for the offence which occurred at Newpark Upper on April 1, 2007.
