Dylan Walsh 18 (Thomastown ) Goalkeeper
Dylan attends Scoil Aireagal and was goalkeeper for the Kilkenny Vocational Schools in this year’s All-Ireland VS hurling final. 1 Leinster MHC title.
Jason Corcoran 18 (John Lockes ) Defender
This is Jason’s second year as a member of the panel. He has just completed his Leaving Cert at Callan CBS. He was also a member of the Kilkenny minor football panel in 2009. 2 Leinster MHC titles.
Willie Phelan 18 (Dunnamaggin ) Defender
Willie is in his second year on the team. Missed last year’s final due to injury. He attends St Kieran’s College and was centre back in their All Ireland Colleges success this year. 2 Leinster MHC titles, 1 All-Ireland Colleges title, 1 Leinster Colleges title.
Brian Kennedy 18 (St Lachtain’s ) Defender
This is Brian’s second year on the panel. He has just finished his Leaving Cert at Kilkenny CBS. He was a member of the St Lachtain’s panel that won this year’s All-Ireland Intermediate hurling title. 2 Leinster MHC titles.
Pat O’ Carroll 17 (Lisdowney ) Defender
Pat is a grand nephew of former Kilkenny great, the late Ted Carroll. Pat attends St Kieran’s College. He has 1 Leinster MHC, 1 All-Ireland and 1 Leinster colleges titles.
Luke Harney 18 (Kilmacow ) Defender
Luke is in his second year on the team. He started last year’s final at left half back and has played at centre back this year. He currently attends WIT and is the holder of 2 Leinster MHC titles.
Owen McGrath 17 (John Lockes ) Defender
Owen attends Kilkenny CBS. He is U-17 and will be eligible for the minor grade again next year. He has played at left half back throughout the campaign. He is the holder of 1 Leinster MHC title.
Kevin Kelly 17 (St Patrick’s ) Midfielder
Kevin attends Heywood CS and will also be eligible for minor again next year. He received the ‘Man of the Match’ award in the Leinster final. He is the holder of 1 Leinster MHC title.
Ollie Walsh 18 (Dicksboro ) Midfielder
Ollie lined out at midfield in last year’s final. He is the son of former Kilkenny goalkeeper, Michael and grandson of the late, great Ollie Walsh. He has just completed his Leaving Cert at Kilkenny CBS. He is the holder of 2 Leinster MHC titles.
John Power 18 (Carrickshock ) Forward
John lined out in goal in last year’s final. He was a member of the St Kieran’s College team that won this year’s All Ireland title. He is a brother to Kilkenny senior hurler Richie and his dad Richie won senior All Ireland medals in 1982 and ’83.John is the holder of 2 Leinster MHC and 1 All Ireland senior colleges and Leinster colleges titles.
Padraig Walsh 18 (Tullaroan ) Forward
Padraig was introduced as a sub in last year’s final. He was a member of this year’s St Kieran’s College All-Ireland winning team. He is a brother to senior player, Tommy and a grandson of former Kilkenny hurler and County GAA secretary, the late Paddy Grace. Padraig’s honours include 2 Leinster MHC and 1 All-Ireland and Leinster colleges titles.
Cillian Buckley 18 (Dicksboro ) Forward
Cillian is the captain of the team. He was also a member of the Kilkenny minor team last year playing at left half forward in the final. He is another member of the St Kieran’s College winning team. Cillian’s honours include 2 Leinster MHC and 1 All-Ireland and Leinster colleges titles.
Michael Brennan 17 (St Patrick’s ) Forward
Michael scored the crucial second goal in this year’s All Ireland colleges final for St Kieran’s against Ard Scoil Rís. His brothers Joe and Geoff were members of the Kilkenny minor teams of 08’ and ’09. He has 1 Leinster MHC and 1 All-Ireland and Leinster colleges medals.
Ger Aylward 18 (Glenmore ) Forward
Ger was unable to start last year’s final due to illness. He was a member of the Good Counsel team that reached last year’s All –Ireland Colleges hurling final. He is the holder of 2 Leinster MHC and 1 Leinster senior hurling colleges medals.

Thomas is another of the St Kieran’s College winning team. He will be eligible to play minor again next year. He has 1 Leinster MHC and 1 All-Ireland and Leinster colleges medals.
Eoghan Mealy 18 (Erin’s Own ) Goalkeeper
Eoghan is this year’s sub goalie. He attends Castlecomer Community School where he has just completed his Leaving Cert. He played at centre forward throughout his school’s Leinster colleges campaign. He is the holder of 1 Leinster MHC medal.
Paul Buggy 18 (Tullaroan ) Forward
Paul played at corner forward on this year’s St Kieran’s College winning team. He has just completed his Leaving Cert. He is the holder of 1 Leinster MHC and 1 All-Ireland and Leinster colleges medals.
Conor O’Shea 17 (Clara ) Defender
Conor is a very versatile player, playing in defence with the Kilkenny minors and at midfield and in attack with St Kieran’s. He is also eligible to play minor in 2011. He is the holder of 1 Leinster MHC and 1 All-Ireland and Leinster colleges medals.
Cathal O’Neill 18 (Danesfort ) Defender
Cathal played at corner back on the St Kieran’s College All-Ireland winning team. He is the holder of 1 Leinster MHC and 1 All Ireland and Leinster colleges medals.
Richie Reid 17 (Ballyhale Shamrocks ) Forward
Richie is another of the St Kieran’s College winning team. He is a brother to Kilkenny senior captain, TJ and will be eligible for minor again next year. He is the holder of 1 Leinster MHC and 1 All-Ireland and Leinster colleges medals.

Dylan is a student at Grennan College in Thomastown. He played at corner forward for the Kilkenny Vocational Schools in this year’s All- Ireland VS hurling final. He is the holder of 1 Leinster MHC title.
Stephen Farrell 18 (St Lachtains ) Forward
Stephen has just completed his Leaving Cert at Kilkenny CBS. He played at full forward for the CBS in this year’s colleges campaign which ended in the All-Ireland semi-final against Ard Scoil Ris. He is the holder of 1 Leinster MHC title.
Gary Gaule 18 (Dicksboro ) Defender
Gary attends Kilkenny CBS where he has just completed his Leaving Cert. He played at left half back for the C.B.S. in this year’s colleges’ campaign. He is the holder of 1 Leinster MHC title.
Paddy Delaney 18 (O’Loughlin/Gaels ) Forward
Paddy was introduced at corner forward in the Leinster Minor Final victory against Dublin. He is a past pupil of St Kieran’s College and is the holder of 1 Leinster MHC medal.
Paul Holden 18 (Young Irelands ) Midfielder
This is Paul’s second year on the panel and he was also a member of the St Kieran’s winning outfit. He has just completed his Leaving Cert. Paul’s honours include 2 Leinster MHC and 1 All-Ireland and Leinster colleges titles.
Colm Foran 18 (Glenmore ) Defender
Colm attends Good Counsel College in New Ross. He was a member of their victorious Leinster Senior hurling colleges winning team in 2009. He is the holder of 1 Leinster MHC and 1 Leinster senior hurling colleges medals.
Anthony Forristal 18 (O’Loughlin/Gaels ) Defender
Anthony has just completed his Leaving Cert at Kilkenny CBS. He played at full back throughout his school’s colleges’ campaign. He is the holder of 1 Leinster MHC title.
Robert Lennon 17 (Bennettsbridge ) Defender
Robert was full back for St Kieran’s College in their All-Ireland winning colleges campaign. He is another of the panel who will be eligible for minor grade in 2011. He has 1 Leinster MHC and 1 All-Ireland and Leinster colleges medals.
Peter Vickery 17 (Conahy Shamrocks ) Forward
Peter is another of the Kilkenny CBS contingent. He played at corner forward throughout their colleges’ campaign. He is another of the panel who will be eligible for minor grade in 2011. He has 1 Leinster MHC medal.
Shane Bergin 18 (John Lockes ) Forward
Shane has just completed his Leaving Cert at Callan CBS. He played at centre forward for his school’s Leinster Colleges ‘B’ campaign. He has 1 Leinster MHC medal.
Ben O’Connor 18 (Danesfort ) Forward
Ben has just completed his Leaving Cert at St Kieran’s College. He played at centre forward in the All-Ireland Colleges Final against Ard Scoil Rís. He has 1 Leinster MHC and 1 All-Ireland and Leinster colleges medals.
