Kilkenny Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals located at Unit 39, Hebron Ind. Estate, is seeking volunteers for upcoming fundraising events.
Volunteers are urgently needed for bag packing at Supervalu in Loughboy on Saturday August 21. Bag packers are required between 10am and 6pm on the day and if anyone can offer an hour or two it would be much appreciated.
Meanwhile World Animal week flag day takes place on Saturday and Sunday October 2 and 3 from 9am - 9pm and volunteers are needed for whatever time they can offer to collect on the streets.
Finally the Ben Nevis Trek will take place next April/May from April 29 - May 2 in aid of Kilkenny SPCA. Anyone interested in taking part in the charitable trip should contact the KSPCA. with your availability
