Kilkenny based Garda Stephen Hogan holds the Special Olympics torch along with Brian Manning during a lap of Nowlan Park at half-time during the senior hurling championship Laois V Dublin game.. 30 local athletes will compete in this year's Special Olympic which take place over the coming days.
