The Bregagh Valley clean up organised by Keep Kilkenny Beautiful at the Callan Road/ Ring Road took place recently.
This is the first of a series of clean ups organised by KKB as part of the Bregagh river valley biodiversity scheme.
The clean up included the removal of a large tyre from the river by James Tynan with his tractor at Daly’s Hill. Members and volunteers are photographed at the installation of the first of the Bregagh Biodiversity project signs at the Cootes Lane. The next big clean up takes place on Saturday May 29 at Dalys Hill.
