Does anyone else ever feel that everyone nowadays is wearing the same clothes?
As far as I can see there are clones everywhere I look on High Street. I know that every shop is pretty much offering the same styles but that is no excuse for not giving them your own individual flair.
The main motto of the fashion industry this season is to accessorise and get creative, yet none of us is doing this. Don’t be afraid to stand out and make a statement with your outfits. At this stage people would welcome an individual outfit no matter how outrageous it may be.
There are so many great accessories to be found in all stores so step away from the black and grey look, grab yourself a bright turquoise scarf or a pair of red stilettos or a vibrant skirt to really stand out from the sea of black and grey which seems to have infiltrated every wardrobe in Kilkenny.
Just because the weather is bleak doesn’t mean we have to be bleak in how we dress. So if you do one thing this week - let it be that you brighten up your winter wardrobe with a colourful item of clothing. Go on be a dare devil - you know you want to!
