Hallowe’en Ball to raise funds for Cystic Fibrosis

The Halloween Ball in aid of cystic fibrosis will be held on Bank Holiday Sunday, October 25, in The Foulkstown Rugby Club, Waterford Road, Kilkenny. The night will feature renowned local DJ Davy Holland and guests, with great prizes to be won for best costumes and other surprises!

The ball is in its fourth year, and has donated almost €20,000 over the last four years to the organisation (CFAI ).

“We are delighted to be holding our fourth Halloween Ball raising essential funds for cystic fibrosis”, says Therese Tallent, organising committee.

“Last year’s ball was a great success and we look forward to more Halloween fun this year.”

The Cystic Fibrosis Association of Ireland offers many essential services to those with the disease, their families, and friends.

Funds raised at the CF Halloween Ball will go towards these services which include supports and assistance, funding medical research, specialist supports throughout Irish hospitals, domiciliary physiotherapy services and campaigns for increased and improved services for those with cystic fibrosis.

The ball is dedicated to the memory of Sharon Donegan.
