Domino's Pizza Cycle-ogical Challenge finish and Family Fun day at Kilkenny Castle Park will be held at 12 noon and run on till 4pm on Saturday September 12.
The Domino's Cycle challenge will take Ireland by storm from the end of August.
From August 29 to September 12, Domino's franchisees and staff will hop on their bikes and cycle around Ireland in aid of the Irish Cancer Society and Barretstown Camp. The race will start at the Domino's Commissary in Naas and continue through Counties Wicklow, Wexford, Waterford, Cork, Kerry, Clare, Mayo, Sligo. Donegal, Derry, Antrim, Down and Dublin before finally ending at Kilkenny Castle on Saturday 12 September at 1pm approx.
The challenge will be a relay with five cyclists alternating one on and four off. Local cycling teams and enthusiasts are invited to follow the team though the locations around the country.
On arrival at Kilkenny Castle Park, the exhausted cyclists will present cheques to Barretstown Children's Charity and Irish Cancer Society.
The Family Fun Day will celebrate this great achievement with fun activities for all the family including children's pizza making competitions, dough and spoon races and lots lots more.
