The Conscious Community meets this Saturday August 15 between 12 noon and 3pm and on the second Saturday of every month to have lunch and do energy clearing. Courses cost €20.
Also a new 'Energy Food Group' is starting on Monday August 17, at Aislinn's Health Food Shop in Bagenalstown between 10am and 12 noon with food tasting and a guaranteed weekly energy boost. This course costs €10.
