Following its free Rock Band sessions in NUIG and GMIT last week, Squareyes is treating the students of Galway to a host of events this week in its computer games Centre on Forster Street. Events such as the Pro Evo 2008 competition on Wednesday and the Thursday and Lunch Time Team games are likely to draw big crowds to the venue. “Our 2,000 foot basement area is designed to cater for up to 46 players and Student Week offers us a chance to showcase our facilities.
