Mount Wolseley plays host to the Craft Well-being Show, a charity fundraiser on Sunday, August 3, 2008 in aid of several charities including New Dawn.
New Dawn deals with suicide prevention, abusive relationships, addiction in Ireland and also runs an orphanage in India.
From 11am to 6pm a host of activities including belly dancers, angel reading, face painting and balloon modelling will be sure to keep children and parents happy. Stalls displaying crafts, hand-made jewellery, essential oils, information on bio-energy healing, Reiki healing, angels and fairies and tarot reading will also make the day one not to be missed. Catherine McCafferty and Siobhan Sims will give a series of talks during the show. Stands from Earthchild to Cambodia, Amnesty International and Carlow Blood Transfusion Board will also be at the show sponsored by the Holistic Health Magazine.
Admission is just €3 and all children under-14 are free.
