•A new race on the Galway athletic calendar has been scheduled for Castledaly in south Galway on Sunday (2pm). Organised with co-operation from Craughwell AC and AAI approved, the race will be run on the Gort to Loughrea road, with race headquarters at the local St Thomas GAA Club. This race is being organised in support of AIDS Partnership with Africa, a charity with which many locals have become actively involved.
