Fauré Requiem at Ballintubber Abbey tonight!
Tonight, Friday November 29 in Ballintubber Abbey, two Mayo choirs – Cór Mhaigh Eo and Louisburgh Voices – will join together to perform the Requiem by Gabriel Fauré, in a concert which will benefit the Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association and Ballintubber Abbey Trust.

Mezzo Soprano Anne Marie Gibbons, who is originally from Louisburgh will perform alongside the RTÉ Concert Orchestra and the 120 member Peace Choir, on May 14 at 8pm in Knock Basilica. The performance will include the well known aria Vida Cor Meum as a duet with Tenor Owen Gilhooly.
