Nineteen public order arrests took place throughout the county following St Patrick’s Day festivities. There were also six drunk drivers arrested between St Patrick’s Day and the morning after.
A total of eight drink driving arrests took place in the county since Monday: two in the Westport area, one in the Swinford area, one in the Castlebar area, two in the Claremorris area, one in the Belmullet are and one in the Ballina area.
