Burkeway Homes has announced the release of the final phase of homes in the very successful new homes development Maoilín. This development comprises 73 two, three, and four bed semidetached homes, and four bed detached. The first 33 houses were offered for sale in two phases in the summer and autumn of 2015, and they all sold quickly from the plans. As the only substantial new homes development to be launched in Galway city since 2007 demand has been very strong. Purchasers of the first 12 homes in Phase 1 are due to take possession of their new homes over the course of the next month.

Construction on site is very well advanced with Phase 1 nearing completion, Phase 2 of 20 homes is well advanced, and now Burkeway Homes is in a position to sell the remaining units. The remaining homes will be launched this weekend and the showhouse will be open between 2pm and 4pm on Saturday and Sunday.

House types available in the final phase comprise three bed semidetached (109sq m to 113sq m ) from €265,000; four bedroom semidetached (121sq m to 125sq m ) from €305,000; and four bedroom detached (130sq m ) from €350,000.

The houses in Maoilín are designed on the lines of traditional semidetached and detached style, larger than standard with generous open amenity area, and all homes are built to a very high standard achieving an A-rated BER with very low running costs.

Demand has proven to be very strong for these homes due to the popularity of the location, style of units offered, quality of build, A BER, low running costs, and the reputation of the well established local development company Burkeway Homes.
