O’Malley Construction Company is opening two show houses at its Reilean development in Roscam, for the next two Sundays.
The company confirmed that construction work has re-commenced at the Reilean Site and completion of the last phase of its Leargan Development is now under way.
In addition, a limited number of three bedroom duplex homes will be available to view in the nearby development of Boireann Bheag. These properties particularly benefit from spectacular sea views looking out over Galway Bay.

The houses now available will be finished to the individual requirements of purchasers who can personalise the internal finishings to suit their personal tastes. A spokesperson for the company confirmed that the two show units being opened are both four bedroom layouts, one of which is a large detached house approximately 1,900sq ft with its own driveway. On the west side of Galway city, O’Malley Construction Company has completed and handed over 26 apartments at the Leargan development. Work is well under way on the final phase of the development which will include three and four bedroom houses and one block of 12 apartments. The company confirmed that the 12 apartments are now pre-booked along with four of the 10 houses being constructed and that there was strong demand for new family homes at Leargan. The renewed building activity has resulted in the creation of some 50 jobs in the construction industry.
