IS LINNE An Tolg!, the third book in the Mise, Máire Treasa Mí Abha! series about a feisty cat, will be launched as part of the Galway Fringe Festival.
Is Linne An Tolg! by French author, Gerard Moncomble, illustrator Fredéric Pillot, and translated into Irish by Galwegian Patricia MacEoin, will be launched in Club Árus na nGael, Dominick Street, this Saturday at 1pm.
This book sees Máire Treasa less than pleased when dad buys a new sofa for the family. She is not allowed to lie on it with Sibéal anymore and forbidden to sharpen her claws on it.
The book is published by Galway company Futa Fata. There will also be songs and rhymes by Tadhg and Róise MacDhonnagáin.
Admission is free and all are welcome.
