A publication recording the names of all the families who have resided in Shantalla over the past 70 years will be launched tonight (Thursday ) in the city.
The book which has been compiled by the Shantalla Family History Society documents the various family names that were prevalent in Shantalla from 1943 to the present day.
The book will be launched by Mayor Terry O’Flaherty at the event in St Joseph’s Community Centre, Shantalla at 7.30 tonight.
The book was sponsored by Castle Print.
