Frankie Gavin & De Dannan will play The Co-op in Moycullen on Friday March 4 as part of their current Up Close & Personal Tour.
The idea behind the show is to bring music to local communities throughout rural Ireland, where concert goers are saved the expense of travelling to established venues in bigger centres, and where admission fees are price sensitive.
The Moycullen date comes a few days ahead of the band’s now annual March tour of the US which will include an exclusive date in the Metropolitan Club in New York City on March 16 for a private function hosted by the President of Fox TV.
