RADIO BIRDMAN might have sung about ‘More Fun’ but Markus Birdman can promise plenty of it when he comes to Galway next week.
London based comic Markus Birdman plays The Laughter Lounge at the Róisín Dubh next Wednesday at 8.30pm.
Birdman was the winner of the Lewisham Comedy Festival Open Mic 2001 competition, as well as a finalist in The Daily Telegraph Open Mic Award 2000. Since then he has performed at the Edinburgh Festival and has appeared on BBC One, BBC Choice, and Sky, and most major British comedy clubs.
The Evening Standard has described him as “uniquely talented, demonstrates just how it’s done”.
Support is from Robbie Bonham, Willa White, and Robin Allen. Tickets are available from the Róisín Dubh and Zhivago.
