How we communicate has a direct impact on our relationships, productivity, and future opportunities, according to Seán Connaughton whose popular Individual Excellence course will commence at GMIT on Monday September 21. The course will take place from 7pm to 10pm for eight weeks.
Previous participants have reported that their results achieved from this course include better working relationships, happier home life, increased motivation, excellent presentation skills, confident interviews, positive life changes, more confidence, superb CVs, and personal satisfaction. The course is rated as outstanding by previous participants continually over the previous five years.
The course encourages participants to get the best out of themselves and helps people to master relationships with connectivity and influence skills, work opportunities, and home life. Connaughton, the originator and facilitator of the course, explained that Individual Excellence develops solid building blocks which help participants to prioritise what is important in their lives.
Course topics include conflict resolution, communication skills, presentations skills, interpersonal skills, productivity, relationship management, interview skills, and a new concept, career passport, which is considered a huge success since its inception last year. According to Connaughton the course motivates participants to get from where they are currently at in their lives to where they want to be. The interactive nature of the course makes it very interesting, enjoyable, entertaining, and funny. It’s an action packed course, full of colour and team spirit, with Monday evenings being highly rewarding and inspiring.
