DNG Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard’s July auction offers variety and quality

This week sees one of the west of Ireland's most progressive estate agencys, DNG Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard, launch the second in its summer series of auctions which will take place on Thursday July 26 in the Galmont Hotel in Galway. The Galway city based firm has been leading the way recently, with some remarkable sales in its auctions since the start of the year.

As usual, the auction team are offering a variety of property types with something to suit all buyers, covering all sectors of the property market. Heading up the auction team on the day will be director James Heaslip, who is overseeing this week’s launch. “Our auction team are really excited about this auction and have been working tirelessly to ensure that each property is ready for this weekend's open viewings," he said. "It’s no accident that our auctions are as successful as they are. We provide our clients with a platform, which ensures that their properties are marketed across all relevant mediums. This means potential buyers have access to accurate and informative details, be it on their mobile phone, laptop, or a good old fashioned brochure. Our auctions are widely recognised as being the slickest and most professional events in the business, and with each auction we aim to improve the experience for all involved – be they in the Galmont Hotel on the day or watching us on our live online broadcasts.”

With 15 lots being brought to the floor, the list of properties varies, from “doer-uppers” in Salthill to walk-in investment properties on Dominick Street and Circular Road, lands in Recess, and a family home on the Clybaun Road. The team in DNG Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard are expecting their open viewings, which start this Saturday, to be very busy. According to Heaslip: “We have a great selection of properties and are expecting a lot of interest in each of the lots. Our most recent auction results would indicate that there is a huge shortage of property on the market, particularly in the Galway city area. Having said that, there is still value out there and this particular auction has plenty for all types of buyers.”
