Athlone Chamber of Commerce has confirmed that RTE sports presenter, Eamon Horan, will MC the forthcoming business awards night in the Sheraton Hotel on November 4.
A thorough professional, Eamon has worked in media since 1992, beginning his career with Midlands 103. Eamon is no stranger to working at major events having reported from world championships and the Olympics.
“We are absolutely delighted to announce Eamon as the MC for our Awards night. He will bring a unique perspective and dynamic to the awards and having spoken with him, I know he is as excited as we are,” Athlone Chamber of Commerce CEO, Tommy Hogan, said.
The announcement of MC comes after a successful recent launch of the awards night in the Sheraton Athlone Hotel. Nominations for all 15 categories have now opened and will remain so until September 29.
